• Your Twitch user ID
• OAuth access token (encrypted and used only for accessing your VODs)

VOD Processing Data

When you submit VODs for analysis, we collect and process:

• Twitch VOD URLs you provide
• Video files (temporarily downloaded for processing)
• Frame analysis and audio detection results
• Generated highlight clips and timestamps
• Processing metadata (job status, timestamps, game detected)

Usage Information

• Credit usage and remaining balance
• Processing job history and status
• Feature usage (timeline views, clip exports, montage creation)

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Stripe handles all payment processing. We never see or store your credit card details.
• We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status for billing management.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to provide the service:

• Process VODs: Download, analyze frames and audio, detect highlights
• Generate clips: Extract and encode highlight clips at your selected timestamps
• Manage your account: Track credits, subscriptions, and job history
• Deliver content: Store processed videos and clips for your access
• Improve accuracy: Aggregate anonymous metrics to tune detection algorithms

3. Data Storage and Security

Where Your Data Lives

• User accounts: Stored in Xano's secure database infrastructure
• Processed videos: Stored in Google Cloud Storage (GCS) with CDN delivery
• Processing results: Stored on our VPS with regular backups

How We Protect It

• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest
• Access to your data requires authentication
• We use industry-standard security practices

Data Retention

• Free plan: Processed data retained for 30 days
• Paid plans: Extended or unlimited retention based on plan
• Deleted accounts: All associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days

5. Your Rights

View all your processed VODs, clips, and account information through the dashboard.

Export

Download any clips or montages you've created at any time.

Delete

Request account deletion by contacting us. We'll permanently delete all your data within 30 days.

Opt-Out

Stop using the service at any time. Cancel your subscription through the billing portal.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies for essential functionality:

• Session cookies: Keep you logged in
• OAuth tokens: Access your Twitch VODs
• Preference cookies: Remember your settings

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

7. Children's Privacy

ChatClipThat is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. International Users

ChatClipThat is operated from the United States. If you access our service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
